The latest book in the “Marrowbones” series, “A Yorkshire Songster”, is being launched at Whitby Folk Week. The event will be in the Coliseum Theatre (1B Victoria Place, Whitby YO21 1EZ) on Wednesday, 30th August at 10.00 am.
There will also be a concert to celebrate the whole series of “Marrowbones” books on Thursday afternoon in the Rifle Club (Sports Ground, West Cliff Ave, Whitby YO21 3EW).
There will be a number of excellent singers involved in both promotions including Alice Jones and Bryony Griffiths, Will and Pip Noble, Mossy Christian, Cohen Braithwaite Kilcoyne, Steve Gardham and Nick Dow. There will be some surprise guests as well.
All the books will be on sale at both events. You do not have to have a season ticket, as payment can be taken on the door.
